Liz Belcher is a Partner in the Tax Services Group, with experience in taxation for fiduciaries, individuals, estate & gift, C-Corporations, S-Corporations, LLCs and partnerships. She has also assisted clients with mergers & acquisition transactions. Her specialties include planning and compliance related research for businesses and individuals, as well as in-depth experience in multistate income taxation. She has a broad knowledge of various industries, including construction, manufacturing and professional services. Additionally, she heads up the not-for-profit tax group, encompassing public charities, membership and social organizations, and private foundations.
Liz graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Entrepreneurship. Liz also leads the Sponsel CPA Group Bloomington Office, but she works out of both the Indianapolis and Bloomington offices.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Indiana CPA Society (INCPAS). Liz graduated from United Way’s Leadership United program in the Generation Now Leadership Series. She was previously recognized as one of the profession’s rising stars when the Indiana CPA Society bestowed its Emerging Leaders Award.
