With more than 30 years of accounting experience and a proven track record in the Central Indiana business community, Lisa Purichia has become an expert in helping other people grow their businesses and realize their professional goals.

She provides executive-level consulting and advice to clients across a broad spectrum of industries, helping them develop and implement financial and business strategies, models and processes that enable them to become more scalable, efficient, productive and profitable.

Lisa specializes in establishing new business entities, facilitating consolidations, succession planning and serving as an outsourced CFO/Controller. She also assists clients in reviewing their accounting department processes and suggesting areas of improvement, reviewing accounting staff assessments, identifying inefficiencies and providing training as needed.

A founding Partner and Director of the growing Accounting Services department, Lisa oversees a wide array of services and counsel for individual and B2B engagements. These include securing lines of credit, serving as an outsourced CFO, administering payroll services, providing bookkeeping and accounting services and managing corporate and individual tax work.

Lisa also oversees serving clients with a variety of strategic HR services and any related talent management needs, such as employee and executive recruiting, interviewing and screening. This also includes employee training in areas of accounting, bookkeeping and accounting software. And she helps companies with third party administration of employee benefit plans, including designing 401k plans.

For business owners looking to transition, Lisa has a great deal of experience in succession planning.

Active in the community, Lisa currently serves on the board of directors and is past secretary and past treasurer of the Greater Speedway Area Chamber of Commerce. She is also past president of the Speedway Kiwanis Club, formerly sat on the Indiana Sports Corporation President’s Council, is a Board member and President-Elect of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), chaired the NAWBO YEA! (Young Entrepreneurs Academy) pilot program, sits on the governing body of Athena Powerlink®, and is a member of WPO (Women Presidents’ Organization).

Lisa, whose accounting career began in Indianapolis, graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Her enthusiastic approach to building relationships and solving problems enables her to be a trusted advisor to the many clients who rely upon her.
