Lisa is a founding partner and currently the Director of Accounting Services and Retirement Plan Services. With her many years of public accounting experience and proven track record of delivering relationship-based services, she is an expert in helping business owners grow their enterprises. She provides executive-level consulting to clients across a broad range of industries.
As Director of Accounting Services, she leads the delivery of services including outsourced CFO services, bookkeeping and accounting services, payroll reporting and managing the delivery of corporate and personal tax services to those related clients.
In addition to strategic and succession planning, Lisa specializes in assisting entrepreneurs who are in the startup phase of their operations. That assistance often evolves into working with clients in analyzing their accounting and financial reporting functions, offering recommendations for improvement, as well as a skills-based assessment of the related staff. Lisa is also responsible for the delivery of strategic HR services, which includes talent management and executive recruiting services. Lisa assists with third party administration of employee benefit plans as well, including design and implementation of various retirement plans.
Lisa has served the community in several different levels and organizations, and she is a past President of the National Association of Women Business Owners-Indianapolis Chapter (NAWBO) and an active member of WPO (Women’s Presidents’ Organization).
Her enthusiastic approach to building relationships and providing solutions to her many clients enables her to be a trusted advisor to the many clients she serves.
