He is dedicated to delivering outstanding client service — through timely responses and advice on client problems. He has provided financial, strategic and complex tax planning services to a broad cross-section of entities in various industries.
As a trusted advisor to many clients, Nick has distinguished himself by his technical tax skills in providing — on a proactive planning basis — alternative solutions to complex tax transactions. As tax laws change, Nick investigates the many facets of the changes and develops strategies that his team can deploy to the clients we serve.
He has extensive experience advising on such matters as business acquisitions, liquidations and mergers, tax incentives, multi-state tax matters, along with a number of other complex business issues.
Nick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both accounting and business administration from Taylor University. In addition to being a certified public accountant (CPA), Nick has also obtained the designation of Certified Financial Planner® (CFP).
